About
Family Networks
Since
1981, Family Networks has been helping children, adolescents and families
overcome emotional problems and situational barriers to improve their lives and
family relationships.
Through Family Networks’
day treatment programs and
outpatient services we have been able to
intervene to help children and teens learn ways to unravel the tangle of
depression or rage that get in the way of their learning or socializing, and
help their families to understand and interact with them better. Through Family
Networks’
early
intervention and prevention services, we provide a safe and engaging
learning environment for young children and their families as we teach parents
to become more nurturing and supportive and help young children develop
appropriate social and emotional skills.
Our service strategies
embody our
MISSION
“to
measurably improve the mental health and social/emotional functioning of
children, adolescents and their families, developing their skills and helping
them recognize their strengths and access resources for success in daily
living.”
Our day to day interactions exemplify our
